By accessing or using HomeStar.ink (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform, including real estate professionals, brokerages, and property seekers.
2. Use of Services
Our Platform provides real estate search, property listing, lead management, and marketing services for real estate professionals and consumers. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Permitted Uses
- Searching for and viewing property listings
- Saving favorite properties and creating alerts
- Contacting real estate professionals about listings
- Managing your brokerage's listings and leads (for business accounts)
- Accessing market data and analytics (where authorized)
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your information remains accurate and up-to-date
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
4. Property Listings
Property listings displayed on our Platform are provided by real estate professionals, MLSs, and other data sources. We strive for accuracy but:
- Listings may not reflect the most current status or availability
- Prices, features, and photos are subject to change without notice
- Square footage and lot sizes are approximate
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data
Important: Always verify listing information directly with the listing agent or broker before making any real estate decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HomeStar.ink and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any portion of the Platform without our express written permission, except as permitted by law.
Property photos and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.

Opt-in Only! You initiate the conversation. We never send unsolicited communications or add you to lists without explicit permission.
Complete Control: In every communication, you'll find easy ways to unsubscribe or alter your preferences. Your communication settings are always in your hands.
Optional Notifications: Notifications are never required to use our service. All correspondence we send is also available in your account under the Messages tab.

8. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. HOMESTAR.INK MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information
- Warranties that defects will be corrected
We do not warrant or guarantee any specific results from use of the Platform. Real estate transactions involve significant financial decisions—always consult with qualified professionals.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMESTAR.INK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform
- Damages arising from any third-party content or services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Platform will cease immediately
- We may delete your account and associated data
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
